Ryan Busuttil, LMSW, CHC
Ryan Busuttil joined Federation of Organizations as a Supported Housing Case Manager in 2005. Mr. Busuttil has held various positions within Federations throughout his 15 years with the agency and assumed the role of Director of Non-Licensed Residential Services in February 2020. As Director, Mr. Busuttil oversees Federation’s Scattered Site Supportive Housing Programs throughout Long Island and New York City and Mobile Residential Support Teams in Nassau and Suffolk Counties. The Supportive Housing Programs and Residential Support Teams allow adults with behavioral health issues to live independently in the community with the assistance of staff in areas of managing finances, symptoms and their home environment. Mr. Busuttil is responsible for helping these programs continue to grow and work with staff to keep individuals housed. He is a New York State Licensed Social Worker and earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Long Island University and his Master’s Degree in Social Work from Fordham University.
