Due to the rising concerns about the Coronavirus (COVID-19), Federation of Organizations has taken steps to ensure the safety of all clients, staff and volunteers. All of our program and service staff are working remotely and our virtual doors are open. Federation is not accepting visitors at our physical locations at this time however, staff in our clinical, care coordination, HCBS, scattered site residential, residential mobile support, and outreach programs are able to provide services telephonically and through teleconference. Our 24 hour housing facilities are fully operational and staff is available on site.
If you are a member of one of our programs, our staff will be available and contact you regularly. Staff is here to support you and check-in on your health and safety as well as to continue to address your service needs during this time. All reception lines have been forwarded to staff and they will be able to assist with connecting you to services and getting your questions answered.
We are closely monitoring the situation and we plan to continue to keep you updated on any and all changes here at Federation of Organizations.
