As we continue to navigate the evolving situation of the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) and its varied impacts on our communities, Federation of Organizations remains dedicated to maintaining our vital programs while ensuring the safety of all clients, staff and volunteers.  Our virtual doors remain open! 

As restrictions are being lifted, all of our program and service staff continue to be available to provide services telephonically and through teleconference. Our 24 hour housing facilities are fully operational and staff is available on site. 

Federation is happy to start welcoming you back! Many of our facilities are open and beginning to resume in-person visits, please contact your program for details. All reception lines are open and they will be able to assist with connecting you to services and getting your questions answered.

Federation will continue to adhere to the strictest guidelines to provide every service safely and confidently to our clients.  We continue to closely monitor the situation and we plan to continue to keep you updated on any and all changes here at Federation of Organizations. 

COVID19 Information: According to public health officials, the way COVID‐19 is spread is very similar to the flu and common colds. The symptoms of coronavirus are similar to the regular seasonal influenza and include fever, lethargy, lack of appetite and coughing. Additional symptoms, such as a runny nose, sore throat, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea, have also been reported. Any individual who needs medical care should call their physician’s office to report their illnesses prior to seeking care at a clinic, physician’s office or hospital. If you are exhibiting symptoms are asked to call the New York State Coronavirus Hotline: 1-888-364-3065.
