QUALIFICATIONS:                        

MA in Human Services and two years experience working with persons with psychiatric disabilities OR BA in Human Services and five years experience working with persons with psychiatric disabilities. Clean valid NY State Driver’s License

JOB FUNCTION:

Provide assessment, support and skill training to individuals with psychiatric disabilities in their pursuit in becoming active, valued members in the community who reside in a licensed residential program providing transitional housing.
