JOB TITLE:   Compliance/Quality Management Department Administrative

Assistant

REPORTS TO:    Compliance/Quality Management Department Manager

DEPARTMENT:  Compliance/Quality Management Department              

CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt

HOURS:   35 hours per week

QUALIFICATIONS:                        

High School Diploma (preferred) and 2 years of related experience; Clean and valid Driver’s License; Fingerprinting, criminal record check, and approval from NYS Office of Mental Health.                  

JOB FUNCTION:

 General administrative duties and office support for the Compliance/Quality Management Department.  In addition, act as receptionist for Medford Building A.
