Michael Cardino
Michael Cardino joined Federation of Organizations in October 2005 as the Program Manager of the Transportation Department after retiring from the MTA after 15 years. Within his first few years at Federation, he was instrumental in the advancement of the transportation department in doubling its capacity while providing transportation services to 14 programs throughout Suffolk County. In 2015, Michael was promoted to the Program Manager of Facilities and Transportation, where he successfully managed multiple teams of maintenance workers throughout the agency and in the community throughout residential services in licensed and supported housing program. In April 2019, Michael was promoted to Associate Director of Facilities and Transportation and because of his outstanding work, was promoted to his current role of Director of Facilities and Transportation Management in 2021.
