Mobile Residential Support Team (MRS)
The MRS team provides intensive support services to individuals who reside in Nassau County Scattered Site Supportive Housing within the SPA Housing system. The goal of the MRS team is to ensure clients can maintain their housing, further develop community skills, and increase their independence. Services are individualized, client centered and provided within their home and throughout the community. The team is comprised of staff working as a multidisciplinary teamincluding a Program Coordinator, Registered Nurse, and Peer Specialist. MRS staff is available 7 days a week, Monday-Friday 8am-6pm and on the weekends and holidays 9am-5pm. Staff are on-call 24/7.

Residential Transitional Support (RTS)
The RTS team provides intensive and enriched services for individuals residing in Suffolk County. The team serves individuals living in various housing types including Supportive Scattered Site Housing, Community Residences and CR-SROs as well as living in the community looking to either move into SPA housing or remain in the community stably. The goal of RTS is to work with individuals to assist in developing the necessary skills to obtain or maintain their independence. Individuals can be seen frequently, on average 1-2 times a week; however more intensive and frequent supports can be provided when necessary. Each individual creates a person-centered service plan and chooses the services they will work on with the RTS team.
Federation of Organizations has two RTS teams, one serving Eastern Suffolk and one serving Western Suffolk. Each team is comprised of Masters level behavioral health workers, RNs, LPNs, direct care staff, and peer specialists. RTS staff is available 7–days a week, Monday-Friday 8am-9pm and on the weekends and holidays 9am-5pm. Staff are on-call 24/7.
