REPORTS TO:  Director

DEPARTMENT: Outreach Services

CLASSIFICATION: Exempt

HOURS: 35 hours per week

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human services or related field (Masters preferred). Supervisory experience and experience in mental health. Strong Supervisory skills. Fingerprinting, criminal record check, and all clearances from the Justice Center.

JOB FUNCTION:
Responsible for the overall operation of the POWER, Senior/Junior Companion, Advocacy and Peer Bridger Programs as well as the Assistant Case Management, Respite Plus, and Evening Drop-In Programs including staff recruitment, supervision and training, oversight of documentation, reporting to funding sources, coordination of services, and program evaluation and development.
